1. Introduction
Welcome to JustinView Imaging. These Terms and Conditions govern the services provided by JustinView Imaging (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By booking our services, you agree to abide by these terms.

2. Services Provided
We offer professional real estate photography, videography, drone photography, and related services. All deliverables are provided in high-resolution digital format, edited for quality enhancement.

3. Booking & Payment

• A booking is confirmed once scheduled via email or phone communication.
• Payment must be made within 3 weeks (21 days) of receiving the photos.
• If payment is not received within 21 days, a 10% late fee per week will be applied.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
• There is no cancellation fee for timely cancellations.
• If we need to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, we will offer a reschedule or a full refund.

5. Copyright & Usage Rights

• JustinView Imaging retains full copyright over all images and videos.
• Clients receive a non-exclusive, limited-use license to use media for real estate marketing purposes only.
• Images may not be resold, transferred, or used for any purpose outside of real estate marketing without explicit written permission.

6. Delivery & Turnaround Time

• Standard turnaround time is next-day delivery.
• Files are delivered via Dropbox, Pixieset, or WeTransfer.

7. Liability & Indemnification

• JustinView Imaging is not responsible for staging, cleaning, or any aesthetic aspects of the property.
• We are not liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising from the use of our media.

8. Model & Property Releases

• It is the client’s responsibility to ensure they have the legal right to photograph the property.
• If people appear in the media, the client must confirm they have obtained proper releases.

9. Refunds & Revisions

• Refunds are not issued once services are completed and media is delivered.
• One round of minor revisions is included; additional edits may be subject to an extra fee.

10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Ireland, Dublin. Any disputes must be resolved in Dublin courts.
